CompuSat maintains a satellite history chart that you can use to see which satellites have changed names and/or orbital position, and when the change occured.
| We strongly recommend that you review the latest changes in the satellite history chart after updating your database. |
The MARAPR24B database has the following changes:
Added Boston Marathon on Galaxy 19K08 D01. This is for the 2024 Boston Marathon.
Updated ABC on Galaxy 19 C21. This MCPC channel went from 6 to 8 services by utilizing S2 16APSK modulation.
Renamed Decades to Catchy Comedy on SES-1 C24 Srvc 06.
The MARAPR24A database has the following changes:
Added Slot AB - Lottery on Galaxy 31 C22 D01. This is for the SC Lottery.
The JANFEB24C database has the following changes:
Added C16 CBS Superbowl 2024 on Galaxy 36 C16 D03. This feed will be used incase of a satellite failure on G19 or G35.
Added K05 - CBS Superbowl KU on SES-3 K05 D01. This is the KU feed for the superbowl.
The JANFEB24B database has the following changes:
Added Shop LC on SES-22 C18 Srvc 7.
Added ABSAT K06 Slot 1 through Slot 12 on ARSAT-2 K06 D01 through D12.
Added Slot A Occasional on Galaxy 19 K15 Slot A. America’s Most Wanted media tour is found here.
Moved Unimas Feeds from SES-18 C21 Srvc 1 through 5 to SES-18 C21 Srvc 19 through 23. Not sure if these are needed anymore.
Added Scripps Feeds on SES-18 C21 Srvc 1 through 4.
The JANFEB24A database has the following changes:
Added 13K A18 Sports 2023 on SES-1 K13 D03. This is where Auburn Basketball Everyday can be found.
Removed Texas Lottery 5/1/23 from Galaxy 16 K03 D04.
Added Texas Lottery 1/1/24 on Galaxy 19 K16 Lower.
Removed Scripps Networks from Galaxy 19 C18 D01 through D06. This includes Bounce, Court TV, ION, Grit and Laff. These are now found on SES-18.
The NOVDEC23C database has the following changes:
Updated the frequency and symbol rate on TMZ starting 12/5/23on Galaxy 19 C18 D07. TMZ on Galaxy 19 C18 D06 remains in the DB for now but ends on 12/8/23. Hoping this is the last, last minute change.The NOVDEC23B database has the following changes:

Added ION feeds on SES-18 C15 Srvc 01 through 04. This is where some WNBA and some hockey feeds are broadcast.
The SEPOCT23B database has the following changes:
Added B9 BCSBN Sports 2023B to SES-2 K01 Slot B. Black College Sports Broadcasting Network.
Added A36 Amazon Sports 2023 to SES-3 K17 HD 9. This will be used for the Vikings/Eagles Thursday night game.
Added A36 Amazon Sports 2023 to SES-2 C20 HD 9. This is the C-band for Vikings/Eagles Thursday night game.
The SEPOCT23A database has the following changes:
Renamed CW East HD to CW Plus Easi HD on Galaxy 32 C19 Srvc 01. This reflects the removal of CW Central from this feed. Also updated pilots to on that corrected the data rate. These changes should have no effect on current tuning.
Added Auburn Football 2023 on Galaxy 19 K15 Lower.
Added CBS HD-1 through HD-6 on Galaxy 35 C21 HD 1 through HD 6. Seems CBS is using C21 as a football backup.
Updated Disney ABC Television on Galaxy 16 C24 D01. Changed the old QPSK to the new S2 8PSK

Added 20AB Sports NFL 2023 on Galaxy 35 C20 HD 2. Bucs English preseason will be on this channel. Bucs Spanish found on existing Galaxy 16 K04 Srvc 13.
Updated the 16 services on SES 18 C17 Srvc 1 through 16. This includes Grit, Court TV ION, LAFF, Bounce, etc. Thanks Steve, Landon for getting all these screen shots for me.

SES-21 C-band has replaced AMC-11 C-band at 131° West.
Anik G1 Ku-band has replaced Anik F1 Ku-band at 107° West.
Galaxy 31 Ku-band was removed as Galaxy 31 is C-band only at 121° West.
Galaxy 11 Ku-band was removed at 93° West.
SES-18 C-band has replaced SES-2 C-band at 87° West.

Satellite Changes
Galaxy 35 C-band has replaced Galaxy 25 C-band. Galaxy 35 was previously at 95° West. If Galaxy 25 C-band was not in your pick lists, you will need to manually find the repositioned Galaxy 35.
Galaxy 11 Ku-band has replaced Galaxy 25 Ku-band.
Galaxy 17 Ku moved from 91° west to 85° west.
Channel Changes
ADDED CBS HD1 through 6 on Galaxy 35 C22 HD01 through HD06. Note Galaxy 35 C22 is a Horizontal downlink (G25 was vertical on C22). CBS is moving from Galaxy 32, dual illumination is supposed to begin June 12th.
Added CW Backup on Galaxy 25 C20 HD01.
Added Texas Lottery on Galaxy 16 K03 D04.

Satellite Changes
Galaxy 36 C-band has replaced Galaxy 28 C. If you get any bookings for Galaxy 28 C-band, please use Galaxy 32. Galaxy 28 Ku is still operational.
Galaxy 17 Ku-band has replaced Galaxy 32 Ku-band as Galaxy 32 is a C-band only satellite.
Galaxy 35 C-band has replaced Galaxy 3C C-band. If you get any booking for Galaxy 3C C-band, please use Galaxy 35 C-band.
Channel Changes
ADDED CNN on SES-1 K10. Slots A through G for MPEG-4 HD and HD1 through HD 6 for MPEG-2 HD slots.
Added PBS HD04 on AMC-21 24 HD 4. This feed goes away on 6/1/2023.
Added PBS HD05 on AMC-21 24 HD 5. This feed goes away on 6/1/2023.
Removed CNN from SES-1 K16. Slots A through G and HD 1 through HD 6.
Added Boston Marathon QPSK 2023 on Galaxy 17 Ku-band 14 D15. The actual parameters are suspect.

Galaxy 31 C/Ku has replaced Galaxy 23 C. If you get any bookings for Galaxy 23, please use Galaxy 31.
Galaxy 32 C/Ku has replaced Galaxy 17 C/Ku. If you get any bookings for Galaxy 17, please use Galaxy 32.
Galaxy 33 C/Ku has replaced Galaxy 15 C. If you get any bookings for Galaxy 15, please use Galaxy 33.
